Will of Dunn
✠ In the name of the Lord,
Dunn has given this title-deed and the estate described therein to his wife, with God’s goodwill, that she may hold it and enjoy it during her lifetime, and at her death grant it to the community in the name of the holy apostle St Andrew, with the consent of God and his saints, for both of us and all our ancestors, unless with the consent of the community it be obtained at a fair rent, as can be arranged, without any fraud or deceit; and the community shall acquire it by their divine services at the end of twelve months; and the title-deed shall always remain along with the will in the possession of the community.
